LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY
1. GIVEAWAY ORGANIZER
This giveaway is organized by ARS REI, S.L., with Tax ID Number: B-81926883, located at C/ Guzmán el Bueno, 6. Polígono Industrial de Alcobendas, 28108, Alcobendas, Madrid, a company registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry, Page M-205238, Volume 12791, Folio 80, Section 8 (hereinafter, UNOde50 or the Organizer).
2. DEFINITIONS
Legal Terms and Conditions: Refers to these legal terms and conditions, which govern the promotion.
Prize: Refers to the different prizes described in clause five of these legal terms and conditions, which participants may win by participating in the promotion.
Draw: Refers to the draw, under the terms and conditions described in these legal terms and conditions, in relation to the prize that will be awarded to the winners who meet the requirements.
Customer Service Email: Refers to the email address (web@unode50.com) provided for claims, queries, or complaints about the brand or its products.
Please note that the Instagram social network is not a channel for such claims, queries, or complaints.

3. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
Through these terms and conditions, the Organizer establishes the rules governing participation and the awarding of prizes in the promotion.
The purpose of the draw is to promote UNOde50 products and increase the number of potential customers in the Mundo UNO loyalty club.
4. VALIDITY PERIOD
The validity period of the promotion, during which activities entitling participants to take part in the promotion and win the prize may be carried out, begins on December 1, 2025, and ends on December 24, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. GMT+1.
On the day the draw begins, the Organizer will publish the legal terms and conditions on the website
https://www.unode50.com and in its different language and country variants.
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION
In order to win the prize described in these legal terms and conditions, participants must enter their details in the corresponding form designed for this purpose, which is hosted on the website in the subdomain according to the language.

In order to participate in the promotion, participants must be natural persons and of legal age on the date of participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to request the necessary documentation from participants to prove their age.
6. CONTEST DYNAMICS
Every day from December 1 to December 24, an advent calendar window will open with a prize, coupon, or discount.
The prize will only be valid for that day and not for previous or subsequent days.
In addition, when each prize is revealed, the conditions for redeeming it will be specified.
7. PRIZES
The prize will consist of:
1 gift per purchase (may be subject to a minimum purchase amount)
1 discount per purchase (may be subject to a minimum purchase amount)
1 cash coupon redeemable on purchase (may be subject to a minimum purchase amount)
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prizes indicated with similar ones of equal or greater value if the prizes indicated cannot be delivered to the winner for reasons beyond the Organizer's control.
8. AWARD DELIVERY
Prizes will be redeemed with codes at the time of purchase.
Once payment has been made, if the customer forgot to enter the code, no refund or reimbursement of any kind may be requested.
Under no circumstances will transfers of the prize to third parties be accepted or processed, nor will the winner be entitled to receive its value in cash.
All relevant tax provisions under current Spanish law will apply to the prizes in this promotion.
If the participant has not complied with these legal terms and conditions, they will not be entitled to receive the prize or compensation.
The prizes are subject to these legal terms and conditions. The prizes cannot be exchanged, altered, or compensated at the request of the winners. If the prize is rejected, no alternative will be offered. Each prize is personal and non-transferable. The sale or commercialization of the prize is prohibited.
Once the prizes have been awarded, the Organizer shall not be liable in any way for the use made of them by the winner and, without affecting their rights as a consumer, shall not be liable for any damage or harm of any kind that may be suffered by other participants or third parties.
The prizes in this “Advent Calendar” cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

9. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participants in the draw must meet the following requirements:
Participation in the promotion is open only to individuals who are over 18 years of age on the start date of the promotion. The Organizer reserves the right to request participants to provide a valid and current official document proving their age (e.g., ID card, passport).
Persons who have been involved in the organization of the draw (including, but not limited to, employees of the company, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, and/or direct or indirect collaborators) and their relatives, ascendants, descendants, spouses, or domestic partners are not eligible to participate in the draw.
Express acceptance of these rules is a necessary condition for participation in the
promotion and, consequently, for obtaining the prizes.
Participants must have a national identity card or equivalent document that can be used to verify their identity and age.
Compliance with these legal rules by participants in the promotion may be verified by the technical means available to the Organizer, which reserves the right to carry out any checks it deems necessary. Failure by any participant to comply with these legal terms and conditions will result in the automatic cancellation of their participation. Similarly, any false statement, fraud, evidence of false identity or address, or infringement of third-party rights
will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and, where applicable, the obligation to return the prize if it has already been awarded.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify, at its sole discretion, any entry that (i)
manipulates or attempts to manipulate the promotion or the website; (ii) violates any of the terms and conditions of these rules; and/or (iii) abuses, threatens, or harasses any participant or third party.
The Organizer may take any decisions necessary to resolve any disputes or conflicts that arise during the promotion, provided that these do not unduly prejudice the participants and are fair.
10. PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with data protection regulations, participants are informed that the data provided through the draw will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of the Organizer, for the purpose of managing the draw in accordance with these legal terms and conditions. The legal basis for this processing is the need to comply with these legal terms and conditions.
To ensure the transparency of the draw, the names of the winners will be published by the Organizer in the medium in which the draw is held. The legal basis for this processing is the Organizer's legitimate interest in ensuring the transparency of the draw.
Participants' data will be processed for the duration of the draw; however, given the way the participation mechanisms work, the data will remain published indefinitely in these mechanisms until the participant decides to delete their participation. The winner's data will be processed indefinitely in the media in which their data has been published until they decide to ask the Organizer to delete said publication.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability before the Organizer by means of a written, dated, and signed communication to the corresponding address indicated in point 1 of these rules, providing a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent document and identifying themselves as a participant in this draw through the personal data provided in their participation. Likewise, if they consider that their right to personal data protection has been violated, participants may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
11. ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The Instagram platform is only used as a means of dissemination and promotion of the draw, as well as a means of participation, but Instagram does not intervene in its organization, management, or administration, and therefore cannot be held responsible for it in any way.
The Organizer is not responsible for entries that do not comply with the provisions of these legal terms and conditions, nor for any claims related to the enjoyment of the prize or expectations regarding it, nor for any liability or damage arising from conditions or circumstances already noted and regulated in these terms and conditions.
Similarly, the Organizer shall not be liable if, for any reason of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, it is not possible to comply with the dates or forecasts established in these terms and conditions. The decisions made by the Organizer are binding.

Participants and/or winners may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, or portability, or revoke, where applicable, the consent given to the Organizer by means of a written, dated, and signed communication sent to the corresponding address indicated in the General Terms and Conditions, to the email address lopd@unode50.com, providing a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent document and identifying themselves as a participant in this Promotion through the personal data provided in their entry.
