LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DRAW
“UNOde50 Jewelry Look – Aleteo”
1. ORGANIZER OF THE DRAW
This draw is valid in the national territory (Spain) and is organized by ARS REI, S.L., with registered office at:
C/ Guzmán el Bueno, 6. Polígono Industrial de Alcobendas. 28108 Alcobendas, Madrid (Spain).
2. DEFINITIONS
Legal Terms and Conditions: these terms and conditions governing the promotion.
Prize: the set of products described in clause five.
Draw: random selection of the winner in accordance with the conditions set out in these terms.

3. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
These terms establish the rules governing the promotion and delivery of the prize.
The prize consists of a pair of earrings and a bracelet from the "Aleteo" collection by UNOde50.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion will be valid from May 27 to June 8 at 23:59 (GMT+1).
The legal terms will be published on the official UNOde50 website:
https://www.unode50.com, in its different language and country versions.
5. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
To participate, users must correctly fill in their details in the form available on the official UNOde50 website.
Requirements to participate:
Be a natural person over 18 years old at the time of participation.
Have a valid ID or equivalent document proving identity and age.
The Organizer may request documentation to verify these requirements.
6. SELECTION OF WINNER AND RUNNERS-UP
1 winner will be selected through a random digital draw among valid participants.
The draw will take place on June 11, 2025.
Additionally, 2 runners-up will be selected, in order, in case the winner does not respond within the deadline or does not meet the conditions.
The winner will have 7 calendar days from the first contact attempt (via email or phone) to accept the prize. After this period without response, the first runner-up will be contacted, and so on.
7. PRIZE
The prize will consist of:
A pair of earrings and a bracelet from the “Aleteo” collection (References PEN1069_PLATEADO and PUL2614_PLATEADO_MARRON)
The prize:
Is not transferable.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Cannot be altered, sold, or assigned.
8. PRIZE DELIVERY
The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone.
In case of refusal, inability to contact, or non-compliance with requirements, the prize will be offered to the next runner-up.
The Organizer will not be responsible for how the winner uses the prize, nor for any damages arising from it, without prejudice to the consumer rights that may apply.
The prizes will be subject to the applicable tax regulations under Spanish law.
9. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
The following may not participate:
Employees of ARS REI, S.L. or direct or indirect collaborators in the organization.
Relatives up to the second degree of the above.
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these terms.
The Organizer may disqualify any participant who:
Does not comply with the conditions described herein.
Manipulates or attempts to manipulate the system.
Provides false, incorrect, or incomplete data.
10. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data collected will be processed by ARS REI, S.L. for the purpose of managing participation in this promotion.
The data will be retained for the duration of the promotion and may subsequently be included in the Organizer's database for sending commercial communications, unless the participant objects.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by sending a written request, signed and accompanied by a copy of their ID, to:

11. ORGANIZER LIABILITY
The Organizer is not responsible for:
Incomplete entries or those not complying with these terms.
Claims arising from the use of or expectations regarding the prize.
Delays, cancellations, or modifications due to force majeure.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, provided that participants' acquired rights are not affected.
The Organizer’s decisions are binding and final.
12. ACCEPTANCE
Participation in the draw implies express and full acceptance of these legal terms.
